Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To atomize more stably and excellently by preventing the inside of a nozzle from solidifying and blocking when liquid metallic sodium is atomized under a reaction condition of temperature not higher than the temperature of the melting point of metallic sodium. SOLUTION: An atomizer of metallic sodium for atomizing liquid metallic sodium to a solution accommodated in a reactor from a nozzle attached to the upside inside the reactor comprises a melting part 1 for heating to melt solid metallic sodium, a storage part 2 for enabling introduction of liquid metallic sodium in the melting part 1 through a first supply path 4, the reactor 30 for enabling introduction of liquid metallic sodium in the storage part 2 through a second supply path 5, the nozzle N provided in the reactor 30, also connected to the second supply path and atomizing liquid metallic sodium toward the solution in the reactor, and a gas supply means 6 for supplying an inert gas to each part. The nozzle N has whirless 13 fitted in a main body 12, and atomizes liquid metallic sodium to be supplied while swirling to spray it from the lower side of the main body in a full conical state.
