CONTROL TYPE WASTE DISPOSAL PLANT AND ITS EXECUTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control type waste disposal plant capable of being installed on the fragile ground, capable of sufficiently obtaining the water barrier properties and safety of a water barrier foundation wall economical in the installation cost of the water barrier foundation wall even if the foundation wall reaches a deep part and capable of simply providing a sheet pile wall or the like even if the sheet pile wall or the like is required as banking at the upper part of the surface of the ground, and its execution method. SOLUTION: In the control type waste disposal plant wherein the water barrier foundation wall is provided to a waste housing bed and a part or the whole periphery of the lateral side reaching the water impermeable bed present at the lower part of the water permeable bed under the waste housing bed, the water barrier foundation wall is formed by a cementituous ground mixing treatment construction method using a mixed slurry comprising incineration ash (F) and cement (C).
