FROZEN DESSERT FOOD TO BE HEATED WITH MICROWAVE OVEN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen dessert food to be heated with a microwave oven giving cooled feeling to an eater and eatable as a rice-flour dumpling Zenzai or the like through thawing a frozen material comprising dessert fluid food so as to have cooled feeling and a plurality of frozen solids such as rice-flour dumplings so as to make their inside parts get soft to be eatable while maintaining the shapes thereof via a single heating with a microwave oven, and heating the material and the solids followed by merely mixing them. SOLUTION: The frozen dessert food contains the frozen material (A) comprising the dessert fluid food, and the frozen solids B comprising a plurality of rice-flour dumplings prepared using rice flour, dumplings or rice cakes. The frozen material (A) is prepared so as to have a Brix value of 15-35% in order to be thawed into such a state as to provide cooled feeling, and the frozen solids B so as to be made soft while maintaining the shapes thereof. Also, the frozen material (A) and the frozen solids B are packaged so as to be disposed in the same flat in the microwave oven and not to substantially overlap each other when heated with the microwave oven.
