FUEL CELL POWER GENERATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation system suppressing a decrease in power generation efficiency when performing continuous operation for a long time. SOLUTION: The fuel cell power generation system comprises a fuel cell 20 that has a fuel electrode 21 for introducing fuel gas (g) that is rich in hydrogen and an air electrode 22 for introducing oxidizer gas a1 containing oxygen and generates power by the electrochemical reaction between the hydrogen in the fuel gas (g) and the oxygen in the oxidizer gas a1; voltage measurement means 24, 25 for measuring the generated voltage; and a control unit 40 for continuing to introduce the fuel gas (g) to the fuel electrode 21 when the measured voltage is equal to or smaller than a prescribed value and stopping the generation of the fuel cell 20 by stopping introducing the oxidizer gas a1 to the air electrode 22.
