HAIR-TREATING AGENT COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair-treating agent composition in which scattering of the hair tips is suppressed and uniform and moist touch and gloss can be imparted to the hair. SOLUTION: The hair treating agent composition is obtained by formulating at least an amino-modified silicone with a polyoxyalkylene benzyl ether. The amino-modified silicone is an aminoethylaminopropylsiloxane-dimethylsiloxane copolymer and/or aminoethylaminopropylmethylpolysiloxane-dimethylpolysiloxane copolymer and the polyoxyalkylene benzyl ether is obtained by adding ethylene oxide in an amount of 2 mol expressed in terms of average number of moles to 1 mol benzyl alcohol and/or adding ethylene oxide in an amount of 2 mol and propylene oxide in amount of 1 mol expressed in terms of average number of moles to 1 mol benzyl alcohol.
