Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accumulator capable of performing effective operation by promptly starting operation of a processing unit (bottle molding machine) in the upstream side at the time of recovery after accumulating in a plurality of rows of accumulator conveyors. SOLUTION: Predetermined numbers of PET bottles carried in a row by a carrying conveyor 10 are gathered and delivered by a delivery means 45, and sequentially sent into each of the accumulator conveyors 12, 14 via a diverging device 28. Delivery means 77A, 77B are provided in the downstream side of each of the accumulator conveyors 12, 14 to deliver the predetermined numbers of gathered containers, and a converging device 36 converges the containers on a discharge conveyor 16. When operation is resumed after accumulation, the containers are sequentially discharged from each of the accumulator conveyors 12, 14. Therefore, before each of the accumulator conveyors 12, 14 becomes empty, supply to the accumulator conveyors 12, 14 can be started. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
