MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SURFACE UNEVEN SHEET, SURFACE UNEVEN SHEET AND ANTI-GLARING SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of conveniently manufacturing a surface uneven sheet having a useful fine surface uneven structure as an anti-glaring sheet without using an inorganic or organic finely divided particle. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the surface uneven sheet is characterized by comprising a first process that mixes an organic resin material and a non-compatible material with the organic resin material and prepares a coating liquid, a second process that applies the coating liquid to form a coating film having a phase separation structure in which the organic resin material and the non-compatible material are phase-separated, and a third process that removes the non-compatible material from the coating film on which a curing treatment is performed to form a curing resin layer having a surface uneven structure after the curing treatment is performed on the coating film to cure the organic resin material to immobilize the phase separation structure.
