SOLUTION: The assistant hanger part and the spittoon part are structured to be turned via an arm, and the turning of the assistant hanger part and the spittoon part is associated with each other by a gear mechanism. The gear mechanism engages a gear 17 on the assistant hanger part 11 side with a gear 14 on the spittoon part 7 side around an idle gear 19, so that the assistant hanger part and the spittoon part are associated with each other by the engagement of the gears 14, 17 and 19.
