SOLUTION: The inverter system is constructed of: an alternating-current power source 2; an external device 3 that supplies a time division proportional pulse PTD to an inverter device 4; the inverter device 4 that has a frequency computing means 8, which computes a duty from a time division proportional pulse PTD and computes a set frequency fS at a frequency corresponding to the duty, and generates inverter output voltage VIV of the set frequency fS; and a load 5.
