SOLUTION: The buffer 1 comprises a mechanism 2 for converting linear motion into rotary motion, a motor M being transmitted with the rotary motion, and a motor drive circuit C wherein the motor drive circuit C is constituted by connecting a plurality of arms A1, A2 and A3 each consisting of a series connection of switching elements S1, S2, S3, S4, S5 and S6 with a power supply, and connecting the switching elements S1, S2, S3, S4, S5 and S6 of each arm A1, A2, A3 with the winding of the motor M.
