SOLUTION: The integrated circuit device is constituted of a first driving chip 72 having a plurality of function groups including at least one first level shifter 730 for a switch 40 and at least one second driving chip 74 having a plurality of function groups including a second level shifter 740 and a driver 746 of the switch 40 at least. In this case, at least one second driving chip is next connected to the first driving chip, a reference potential of the second driving chip positions on an output potential of the level shifter of the first driving chip, and these driving chips are mutually arranged in a common housing 70 with an appropriate insulation state.
