SOLUTION: A vibrated object 27 is connected linearly to a fixed object 30 sequentially by a strand 13, the brake device 9 for the heavy object, and a jack 31 for imparting a load, the brake device 9 for the heavy object is attached with a fixed side grip metal 43 on one side of side plate 48 constituting a frame, attached fixedly with a jack 50 for a grip on the other side of side plate 48, and is provided with a moving side grip metal 44 between the fixed side grip metal 43 and the jack 50 for the grip, and grip grooves 53 for clamping the strand 13 are formed on faces opposed to each other in the fixed side grip metal 43 and the moving side grip metal 44.
