SOLUTION: The pretreatment device for the chemical analysis comprises a photocatalytic reaction decomposing means capable of decomposing the analysis interference components contained in a liquid sample with a photocatalytic reaction, and an evaporation removal means that can be supplied with the decomposed sample, obtained by the photocatalytic reaction decomposing means and can evaporate and remove the volatile analysis interference components contained in the supplied liquid.
