Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air blow type ion generator capable of easily performing manual cleaning with a simplified mechanism for performing the manual cleaning, and never causing complication or enlargement of a device or disturbance of wind. SOLUTION: An electrode unit 3 is constituted by supporting a discharge electrode 18 on a rotational frame 12 supported by a housing 1 at an outlet port 2, so that the discharge electrode 18 can be switchingly displaced to a storage position where it is stored within the housing 1 and to a take-out position where it is protruded out of the outlet port 2.
