EXTRUDING INSTALLATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extruding installation method using a corrugated steel plate web by forming a lightweight steel structural skeleton in an extruding installation stage, and placing upper and lower floor slab concrete after erection in a span. SOLUTION: Extruding installation frames 15 provided with reinforcing skeletons for reinforcing corrugated steel plates, and lower floor slab concrete forms, are built up in a manufacturing yard 40, and the extruding installation frames 15 are sequentially connected and launched for erection between bridge piers. After launching is completed, the lower floor slab concrete is placed in the extruding installation frames 15 to introduce prestress. Placing of upper floor slab concrete 31 and prestressed introduction are then performed, and final prestress is applied to the whole bridge body. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
