METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SUPPLYING GROUP OF EMPTY BAGS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for supplying a group of empty bags which do not require a change in the stacked condition of the bags in supplying the stacked empty bags to the conveyer magazine type bag supply device of a bag filling packaging machine and for stabilizing the stacked condition of the bags even when the bags are formed with a chuck or self-standing type in stocking or transporting the bags. SOLUTION: This device for supplying empty bags comprises a belt conveyer 2 for transporting an empty bag 1 made in a bag form by a bag making machine, a slide conveyer 6 for transporting the bag 1 supplied from the conveyer 2 at a predetermined pitch with its bottom side facing frontward and for discharging the same from the front end and a stacking conveyer 7 for receiving the bag 1 discharged from the conveyer 6. The front end position of the conveyer 6 is movable, and the position is moved toward the bag opening side intermittently in a predetermined distance and at the predetermined pitch at a time. By this, on the conveyer 7, a group of empty bags 1A is formed in a condition where upper bags are shifted one after another in the predetermined distance toward the bag opening.
