WATER DROP WITH OIL FILM GENERATING AND MIXING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water drop with an oil film generating and mixing device, generating oil films on 100% of water drops in one time oil film generating process. SOLUTION: This water drop with oil film generating and mixing device 1 includes: an oil supply means 3 for supplying oil 23 to an oil nozzle 11; a water supply means 5 for supplying water 53 to a water nozzle 41; an oil mist generating and charging means 2 for atomizing oil 23 by electrostatic force caused by discharge to generate oil mist 10 and charge the same; a water drop generating and charging means 4 for atomizing water 53 by electrostatic force caused by discharge to generate water drops 40 and charge the same with the polarity opposite to that of the oil mist 10; an air supply means 6 for supplying air to the oil mist 10 and the water drops 40; a water drop with oil film generating and supplying means 7 for generating the water drop 70 with an oil film where an oil film 10a is formed on the surface of the water drop 40 and supplying the water drop 70 with the oil film to a machined part of a workpiece 62, wherein oil mist 10 having a large particle diameter is not generated so that the oil film 10a can be generated on 100% of water drops 40 in one time oil film generating process.
