ULTRASONIC CUTTING PROCOAGULANT APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ultrasonic cutting procoagulant apparatus capable of realizing a reliable blood stanching. SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic cutting procoagulant apparatus for ablation or coagulation by applying ultrasonic vibration to biological tissue, a vibration transfer part placed to the tip end side of the ultrasonic probe to transfer ultrasonic vibration from an ultrasonic vibration source connected to the rear end part to constitute a fixed blade for grasp or ablation, a movable part facing to the vibration transfer part and having a connection part to connect with the fixed blade to constitute a movable blade for grasp or ablation of biological tissue, an opening/closing means to open/close the movable part against the vibration transfer part, and a detecting means to detect the coagulation state by the ultrasonic vibration applied to the vibration transfer part from biological tissue grasped between the movable blade set on the movable part and the fixed part.
