Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a currents sensing circuit for use in a switching regulator having a high-side switch. SOLUTION: A currents sensing circuit includes a first sensing circuit, connected to a high-side switch for measuring currents flowing through a high-side switch in a positive direction. The first sensing circuit includes a first replica element for generating electric currents which are in scaled version of positive currents flowing through the high-side switch. The current-sensing circuit further includes a second sensing circuit, connected to a high-side switch for measuring currents flowing through a high-side switch in the negative direction. The second sensing circuit includes a second replica element for generating electric currents which are in a scaled version of negative currents flowing through the high-side switch.
