SOLUTION: A mobile communications apparatus comprises: a storage section 30 for storing information about own location; a deciding section 40 for receiving prescribed information and decidinvg whether a user possessing the apparatus needs a rescue, based on the received prescribed information; and a transmission section 55 for transmitting information about own location stored to the storage section 30, when the deciding section 40 decides that the user needs rescue.
