Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic rotor excellent in high-frequency characteristics, and a non-reciprocal circuit element. SOLUTION: The rotor includes a ferrite base 12 and a center electrode 11. In the ferrite base 12, at least one part is covered with an insulating film 114. A second center conductor 112 forming the center electrode 11 adheres on the surface of the insulating film 114. The non-reciprocal circuit element is formed incorporating this magnetic rotor.
