PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a change in arrangement position of a communication apparatus in conformity to a size and form of a physical object with the communication apparatus prevented from being damaged in the communication apparatus for communicating to an information storage medium attached to the physical object via electric waves and in a short-split-curtain-shaped antenna equipped with a sheet member for detachably arranging the communication apparatus. SOLUTION: The short-split-curtain-shaped antenna 30 is equipped with the communication apparatus 1 for communicating to an information storage medium 10 attached to the physical object 20 via electric waves and a sheet member 31 for detachably arranging the communication apparatus 1 and besides is swingablly provided in a hanging condition when the physical object 20 comes in contact with the antenna. The sheet member 31 includes plural trains of a bursiform housing section 32 for housing the communication apparatus 1 so as to be able to be taken in and out and of an overlap housing section 34 for housing an overlap member 3 to thereby fix the communication apparatus 1 inside the housing section 32 so that the arrangement position of the communication apparatus 1 is adjustable.
