SOLUTION: Electromagnetic actuators 18a, 18b are composed of operation rods 26a, 26b jointed to a movable shaft of the switch gear, armatures 20a, 20b pinched by the operation rods 26a, 26b, yokes 19a, 19b forming a flux path, and solenoid coils 23a, 23b, 24a, 24b opening and closing the switch gear.
