CRIME PREVENTION SYSTEM AND CELLULAR PHONE DEVICE USED FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discourage a malicious third party from committing crime, and to prevent crime. SOLUTION: This system is provided with cellular phone devices 10 and a computer 20 for service which can be connected to a network N, respectively; the cellular phone device has an emergency operation means 11; a position detection means 12 which detects the position of the cellular phone device by GPS function or other functions and outputs position data; and a report means 13 which outputs report data including the position data from the position detecting means and transmits the report data from the report means to the computer for service via the network, and the computer for service stores the data if the emergency operation means is on-operated.
