ON-VEHICLE DEVICE, CENTER DEVICE, AND SUBCENTER DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device, a center device, and a subcenter device allowing digitization of information and accurate and efficient issue of a slip. SOLUTION: The center device 3 is installed in a central distribution center, the on-vehicle device 5 is installed to a delivery car, and the subcenter device 6 is installed in each station and the like. From an Internet device 1 of a client, cargo information about a cargo requested to be delivered is transmitted to the center device 3. In receipt of the cargo 4, the subcenter device 6 and a radio tag 41 communicate with each other for acquiring receipt information. The on-vehicle device 5 and the radio tag communicate with each other in convey-in/convey-out of the cargo 4 to/from the delivery car for acquiring convey-in/convey-out information. These pieces of information are gathered in the center device 3, and after confirming completion of cargo delivery, a delivery cost is calculated by an accounting server 36 to output a bill to a printer.
