PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication supporting device for attaining the inter-communication of a plurality of stores or facilities existing in a predetermined region and a plurality of users using those stores or facilities and the inter-communication of the plurality of users, and for contributing to the activation of the region. SOLUTION: This communication supporting device is provided with a communication line 3, a server 2 connected to the communication line 3, and equipped with a predetermined region and an electronic map M for displaying the locations of a plurality of providing agents in the region, store information and an electronic notice board 34 for providing the electronic map M, the store information and the electronic notice board 34 through the communication line 3 and a plurality of user side and store side clients 4 and 5 respectively installed in the plurality of user side and providing agent side, and connected through the communication line 3 to the server 2, and equipped with a display part 7 for displaying the electronic map M, the store information and the electronic notice board 34 provided from the server 2 and an input part 6 for writing data in the electronic notice board 34.
