MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT METHOD AND MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance management method and a maintenance management program for sooner dispatching a maintenance staff who is able to solve the trouble of a customer for the maintenance operation of equipment where trouble occurs. SOLUTION: This maintenance staff dispatch supporting server 20 calculates a distance to the operation base point of a maintenance staff based on the location information of the maintenance staff and the location information of the operation base point where an image formation apparatus 50 exists. Then, the maintenance staff dispatch support server 20 calculates the maintenance operation aptitude function value of the maintenance staff by introducing a value in the maintenance operation aptitude function table of a maintenance operation aptitude function management part 23 into a function with maintenance coping experience years, corresponding model maintenance experience years, the maintenance coping frequency evaluation value of corresponding model object failure and the average restoration time evaluation value of the corresponding model object failure as variables. Then, the maintenance staff dispatch supporting server 20 calculates the failure corresponding aptitude function value by introducing the maintenance operation aptitude function value and the distance to the operation base point into the function with the maintenance operation aptitude function value and the distance as variables, and determines the maintenance staff who instructs the maintenance operation based on the failure coping aptitude function value of each maintenance staff.
