SHEET FOR STAINING TISSUE, AND USING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue staining sheet capable of visualizing easily location in expression of a protein or a gene, on one sheet of slide plate, using at least one kind or more of antibodies or probes, and a using method therefor. SOLUTION: One face of a substrate 2 has an adhesive layer 3, and a plurality of through holes is provided in the substrate 2. The plurality of through holes forms independent sections, respectively. Since the adhesive layer 3 of the tissue staining sheet 1 is able to contact closely with the slide plate, the location in the expression of the protein or the gene is visualized easily on the one sheet of slide plate, using at least the one kind or more of antibodies or probes, while preventing the antibody, probe or the like within the section of a through hole 4 portion from being contaminated into the other section.
