Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high reaction efficiency on a sensor face, using small amount of sample. SOLUTION: The sensor face 13a is arranged at a position facing to a flow passage 16 injected with a solution 21 containing the sample. One pipette 19a of a pipette pair 19 sucks the solution 21 to be injected into the first sensor cell 17. After the injection, the paired pipettes repeat suction and delivery operations to make the solution 21 flow in the flow passage 16. The one pipette 19b sucks out, thereafter, the solution 21 to discharge the solution 21 from the flow passage 16. The pipette pair 19 is moved to the second sensor cell 17, under the condition where the solution 21 is held, to inject the solution 21 into the flow passage 16. The solution is used between the plurality of sensors 17 in this manner. Immobilization of the sample onto the sensor face 13a is thereby allowed with the small amount of sample, to obtain high reaction efficiency (ratio of immobilization amount with respect to the used solution).
