VENTILATING HOLE TOOL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating hole tool discharging the indoor air to the outside without delay while preventing intrusion of small animals and rainwater to the inside. SOLUTION: The ventilating hole tool including a cylindrical body and a hood fixed to the outdoor-side end part of the cylindrical body is arranged within a ventilating hole connecting the inside and outside of a building wall. Protruding linear parts supporting the flow of air flowing into the ventilating hole tool from the outdoor side are arranged on the inner surface of the hood and the inner surface of an outer cylinder constituting the cylinder. An inner cylinder constituting the cylindrical body includes a communicating hole of a propeller shape turned counterclockwise in relation to the indoor side, and the communicating hole also directs the air flowing into the ventilating hole tool to the outdoor side without changing it as much as possible.
