Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary parking facility for ordinary house and private use. SOLUTION: A mobile wireless LAN (infrared ray sensor type) capable of sensing any obstacle to the parking of an automobile is installed. At night, a tire approach lamp is automatically turned on by transferring a switch. A power consumption required for a driving force when turning the parking facility can be reduced by decreasing the weight of the rotary parking facility by utilizing a resiliency created by combining together the same poles of the magnets used. A float type sensor for removing rain water or stagnant water is installed. When this sensor detects a water level exceeding a preset height, all the electric circuits within the control panel can be turned off; a circuit breaker is turned off; and an automatic sensing type water supply pump is operated. An operating instruction for turning the automobile by ±180 degrees is transmitted by the mobile wireless LAN from a driver's seat in the automobile when parking the automobile to a driver's garage.
