Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily and positively discharge rainwater or the like that may infiltrate into a double glazing mounting groove of a gasket. SOLUTION: Drain grooves 6 and drain holes 7a are formed in the structural gasket 1, and drain holes 7b communicating with the drain holes 7a are formed in a PC external wall plate K. A drain rope 8 is mounted in the drain grooves 6 and drain holes 7a in the lower side, and in the drain holes 7b communicating with the drain holes 7a. The drain groove 6 is a groove structure formed at the bottom part of the mounting groove 2. The drain holes 7a are branched to hang from the vicinity of both ends of the drain groove 6 in the lower side, opened to the lower end of a connecting means 3 to communicate with the upper ends of the drain holes 7b of the PC external wall plate K. The drain hole 7b has an upper part formed as a vertical part connected to the lower end of the drain hole 7a, an intermediate part formed as an inclined part inclined downward, and a lower part formed as a horizontal part extending toward an opening of a side part. The drain rope 8 is mounted in the drain groove 6 along the length direction, and both ends are extended from the drain holes 7a, 7a to the intermediate parts of the drain holes 7b, 7b.
