Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrere block which enables a powdery body or sand grains not to be adhered to a hand or clothes when touched and hardly causes dust generation. SOLUTION: The concrete block 10 is made from cement mortar containing a copolymer of an ethylene-vinyl acetate and is a rectangular parallelepiped shape having a plurality of through-cavities 11 passing in the height direction H1. Its length L1×height H1×thickness T1 is 200mm×100mm×60mm. Recessed grooves 12 having an almost U shaped cross section are respectively formed on both left and right side surfaces of the block 10 in the height direction H1. The length L1, height H1 and thickness T1 of the block 10 are approximately 1/2 of the length, height and thickness of a standard block (length 390mm, height 190mm and thickness 120mm), respectively and weight is approximately 1/8 of that of the standard block.
