Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for facilitating the control of a process, when a net comprising an elastomer material is integrally bound to a nonwoven fabric, and for exhibiting good elasticity, when used, and to provide a stretchable composite nonwoven fabric used for poultice medicines and also effective for reducing the adsorption of medicines such as the poultice medicines. SOLUTION: This stretchable composite nonwoven fabric used for the poultice medicines is characterized by imparting a continuous linear elastic resin layer comprising a styrenic elastomer to one surface or both the surfaces of a substrate consisting mainly of crimped staple fibers comprising a polyester-based resin. This method for producing the stretchable composite nonwoven fabric is characterized by comprising a process for thermally shrinking a fiber web consisting mainly of latent crimping staple fibers comprising a polyester-based resin at a higher temperature than a crimp-forming temperature to obtain a substrate consisting mainly of the crimped fibers, and a process for continuously linearly imparting an elastic resin comprising a thermally softened styrenic elastomer to one surface or both the surfaces of the substrate.
