Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy sheet having excellent pulse laser weldability and used for the parts of aircraft, vehicles, electrical and electronic equipment or the like. SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy sheet having excellent pulse laser weldability has an alloy composition comprising, by mass, >0.20 to 0.60% Si, 0.25 to 0.55% Fe, 0.10 to 0.35% Cu, 0.9 to 1.5% Mn and 0.25 to 0.65% Mg, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, and, in the alloy composition, the total value of Si, Fe, Cu and Mg is ≤1.5 mass%. The aluminum alloy sheet preferably contains one or more kinds selected from ≤0.35% Cr, ≤0.25% Zr, ≤0.20% Ti and ≤0.02% B. By such constitution, the sheet has high strength, and is free from the generation of fine cracks in the weld zone even being subjected to pulse laser welding. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
