Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excipient for drug preparation usable in various purposes such as the dilution of an active component in the fields of food, medicine, feed, and the like, and having low reactivity to the active component and provide a drug preparation produced by using the excipient. SOLUTION: This excipient for drug preparation for wet granulation or wet tableting contains one or more components selected from trehalose excluding anhydrous α,α-trehalose, microcrystalline cellulose, starch, hydroxypropylcellulose, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, calcium hydrogen phosphate, polyvinyl alcohol and polyvinyl pyrrolidone.
