SOLUTION: A conveyance part information inputting means 1 for inputting conveyance part information is provided, an exterior box information inputting means 2 for inputting exterior box information is provided, and a means 4 for preparing exterior box load collecting together information for preparing exterior box load collecting together information based on conveyance part information and exterior box information is provided. After preparing the exterior box load collecting together information based on storage exterior box information, part use place information, and site appointed delivery date information of the conveyance part information by the means 4 for preparing the exterior box load collecting together information, the exterior box load collecting together information is changed based on same packing exterior box information, part use region information, and factory shipment date information of the conveyance part information with respect to a load collecting together exterior box having filling rate of 90% or less.
