Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin paper for a thermosensitive stencil printing base paper, which effectively prevents void from developing and consequently can get a printed matter excellent in uniformity in image density and in clarity, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This thin paper for a thermosensitive stencil printing base paper is prepared by mixing at least natural fibers with sulfonate group-containing polyester fibers under the condition that the papermaking and drying of the fibers are performed after the uniform dispersion of the natural fibers and the sulfonate group-containing polyester fibers in water.
