TIRE MOLD, PLUG USED IN VENT HOLE OF TIRE MOLD AND TIRE MANUFACTURED USING TIRE MOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire mold for enhancing exhausion efficiency during the vulcanization/molding of a tire, the plug used in the vent hole of the tire mold, and the tire manufactured using the tire mold. SOLUTION: A plug main body 3 is constituted of a cylinder 4 and the valve 6 inserted in the cylinder 4 in a manner possible to slide and both of the cylinder 4 and the valve 6 are constituted of a metal material such as steel or the like (or a heat-resistant resin material). The cylinder 4 has an exhausion hole 4a provided to the central part of its base and a slitting part 4b continued to the exhausion hole 4a is formed to the side surface of the bottom part of the cylinder 4. The valve 6 is equipped with the large diameter part 6b attached to the leading end of the shaft part 6a inserted in the cylinder 4 in a sliding state and the head 6c provided to the rear end of the shaft part 6a to open and close the opening part 4c of the cylinder 4. An elastic member 5 such as a spring or the like for always urging the shaft part toward the opening part 4c is interposed between the base of the exhausion hole 4a and the head 6c of the valve 6.
