Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil mist generating device, making the whole quantity of supplied oil into oil mist, and applicable to various kinds of machining methods. SOLUTION: This oil mist generating device 1 includes: an oil supply means 3 for supplying oil 23 to an oil nozzle 11; an oil mist generating and charging means 2 for generating oil mist by corona discharge caused by high voltage applied between the oil nozzle 11 and the corona discharge electrode 12 and charging the oil mist 6; an air supply means 4 for supplying air toward the oil mist 6; and an oil mist conveying means 5 for conveying the oil mist 6 by pressure of air and conveying the oil mist 6 to a machined part, whereby the total quantity of oil 23 supplied to the oil nozzle 11 can be made into oil mist 6, and the oil mist 6 can be stably supplied only by supplying the minimum oil 23.
