COATING BOOTH FOR UV CURABLE COATING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a large amount of excessive misty coating mist is generated in a coating booth for UV curable coating, treatment for frequently washing it is required and the treatment requires huge time and labor by human power conventionally. SOLUTION: The coating booth is provided with an air feeding means 3 provided on a ceiling of the coating booth 1; an upper air stream control plate 4 hangingly provided near the air feeding means 3; a lower baffle plate 5 provided between a lower side of the upper air stream control plate 4 and it with a gap; a coating mist capturing means 7 having a side surface 7a closely adhered to an end side of the lower baffle plate 5, provided with a ventilation passage 6 between the upper air stream control plate 4 and it and arranged such that a mist-containing exhaust air is circulated; a UV ray irradiation means 8 provided on the coating mist capturing means 7; a filter 9 provided below the UV ray irradiation means 8; and a coating mist collection means 10 arranged below the filter 9.
