PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sewing machine for appropriately rotate a stepping motor. SOLUTION: The sewing machine comprises a presser-foot mechanism for supporting a presser-foot so as to be able to move up and down; a cutting mechanism 40 having a fixed cutter 41 and a mobile cutter 42 in the lower part of a needle plate 11; the stepping motor 13 serving as the driving source of the presser-foot mechanism 20 and the cutting mechanism 40; and a power transmission mechanism 50 for applying the rotary drive force of the stepping motor 13 to each mechanism. The power transmission mechanism includes: two rotary cams 51, 52 to be driven and rotated by the stepping motor, by which the drive force is applied to each mechanism; and an operation amount adjusting mechanism 59 which is arranged between the presser-foot mechanism and the the rotary cams so as to adjust a drive operation amount.
