Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for continuous extraction for continuously extracting an extraction liquid from various kinds of extraction material such as dried bonito dried and fermented fish, boiled-dried fish, kelp, shiitake mushroom, tea, galenicals, coffee. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with: a longitudinal endless filter 1; a filter moving means 2 for circulating and moving the filter 1; and a material supply means 8 for supplying the extraction material onto the filter 1 moved by the moving means 2; a warm water sprinkling means 10 arranged at an upper position on a downstream side from a material supply position 9 for sprinkling warm water to the extraction material supplied from the material supply means; and a receiving tub 11 for receiving an extraction part eluted from the extraction material together with the warm water.
