FOOD WITH VARIOUS KIND OF PATTERN, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide tasty new food with various kinds of patterns whose surfaces have beautiful tints and color tones: and to provide a method for producing the food. SOLUTION: The food 1 has a plurality of pressurized drawn patterns 2, 4 having tints and color tones different from those of a part 3 other than the patterns 2, 4: wherein a part with the patterns 2, 4 and the part 3 with no patterns are made of food material containing the same food raw material. The cross sectional surface of the food obtained through cutting the food at the part having patterns is provided with a plurality of pressurized drawn patterns 4 having various sizes and the same tints and color tones as those of the patterns but different in shapes from those of the patterns. The food is delicious and excellent in taste and/or palate feeling, and therefore utilizable for snuck food, noodle such as buckwheat noodle or wheat noodle, confectionery such as rice cracker, marine product-processed food such as fish paste or fish sausage, or meat processed food such as ham or sausage.
