MOBILE RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile radio communication system having a high quality and being capable of preventing the interruption of a radio communication even during a movement thereof at a high speed. SOLUTION: A plurality of UEs are discriminated and managed as a pair by storing a pair-terminal managing information by a storage section for an RNC 300. A control section for the RNC 300 controls the UEs (such as UEs 100-1 and 100-2) belonging to the same pair so that the UEs are connected to different cells in the cells formed by nodes B 200-1, 200-2, ..., 200-m. Accordingly, a multiplexing communication using a plurality of the UEs belonging to the same pair is enabled, and the simultaneous interruption of circuits for the UEs belonging to the same pair in the case of the movement at the high speed is prevented.
