RECYCLED PRODUCT DISTRIBUTION SUPPORT DEVICE AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recycled product distribution support device and a program that streamline distribution for product recycling. SOLUTION: A recycling management apparatus 100 acquires and stores information on the inventory of each product line, collection result information on the collected quantity of each product line, information on the yield rate of each product line, cost information on the costs of collection and recycling of used products, and the like from base terminals 200 via a communication network 10, and calculates and stores a standard inventory of each product line. When order information is received from the base terminal 200 at a sales base, a quantity of used products to be collected is calculated according to the order quantity, inventory and standard inventory. The recycling management apparatus 100 selects collection base candidates that can collect the calculated necessary collection quantity of used products according to the collection performance information, and determines collection bases that should collect used products from the selected collection base candidates according to the cost information. The recycling management apparatus 100 creates instruction information and sends it to the base terminals 200 at the determined collection bases via the communication network 10.
