INFORMATION PROCESSOR, METHOD FOR CONTROLLING INFORMATION PROCESSOR, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor for determining the level of information processing services that is appropriate for both a service user and provider in terms of the outsourcing of company businesses, etc. SOLUTION: The information processor includes a table for storing data that indicate the performance about one or more items of each element configuring a system; a table for storing data that indicate a variety of measures to improve system performance for each item; a performance evaluation item input part for accepting the input of data for selecting at least some of the items; a performance improving effect calculating part for calculating, for each of the measures, both an estimate of the system performance when each measure about the selected items is taken and the amount of change in performance after each measure has been taken; an economic effect calculating part for calculating, for each measure about the selected items, an estimate of an amount due to an economic effect achieved by taking each measure; and an improving effect output part for outputting for each measure both the estimate of the system performance and the estimate of the amount due to the economic effect.
