SOLUTION: A body 10 is made a rod-like form along a camera optical axis line P, and horizontally divided into two by an oblique rotation face Q intersected with a camera optical axis line P. One first body 100 is provided with the camera 101, and the other second body 200 is provided with the memory 201. The first body 100 is rotatably mounted on a second body 200 through a rotating shaft part 300 provided on the rotation face Q.
