LIGHTING INSPECTION DEVICE OF DISPLAY PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the rear side space of a lifting platform arranged under a lead terminal formation face, and to improve operability of a height adjusting screw of an electrode support plate, in a lighting inspection device applied to a display panel where the display surface of a panel body section and the lead terminal formation face of the terminal section are positioned on the opposite sides. SOLUTION: The lighting inspection device has an electrode support plate 140 mounted on the platform, and brings a probe electrode arranged on the upper limit face 141 into contact with the lead terminal formation face of the terminal section from downward. The lighting inspection device includes, as a parallelism regulating means 130 for making the electrode support plate 141 parallel to the terminal, a case 131 including a side plate 313b for vertically movably supporting the electrode support plate 141 substantially perpendicularly, wedge surfaces 134 with the same slope angle each of which comes into contact with a part of the lower end of the electrode support plate 141 separated by a predetermined distance, a pair of height adjusting blocks 133 arranged in the case 131 substantially horizontally movably, and an adjusting screw 136 for individually moving each height adjusting block 133.
