Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a pressure regulating function by leading secondary pressure which is lower than primary pressure into an accumulation chamber even if an opening of a valve element is large for valve open, for instance. SOLUTION: A open valve is equipped with an valve element for opening and closing a valve seat for making a primary side and a secondary side communicate with each other, a cylinder provided to the back surface side of the valve element and a piston which is provided to the valve element and which partitions the inside of the cylinder into a pressurized chamber and an accumulation chamber wherein primary pressure is led in the pressurized chamber. The piston passes through the cylinder, and contains a rod extended to the front surface side of the valve element. A flow inlet/outlet of a communication passage for communicating with the accumulation chamber is formed in a region extended to the front surface side of the valve element of the rod.
